The sunroof delete is actually quite common in europe. They think it's always sunny everywhere here like California and there's a movie star in every 8er.......

This isnt actually a delete, but you could order one without a sunroof. Its a factory option

That's what it's called here (more or less).... the factory sunroof delete option......

It was much more common to order these cars to taste over there..... we just got what the dealers gave us for the most part.

Ugly (IMHO)... sorry. The back and front aren't in harmony with the rest of the doors. It looks like a screwed up Porshe. No designer would come up with such a thing. It screams "aftermarket" from 10 miles. Looks like a ricer with too much plastic on hand.

Definitely not a ricer look as I don't see any wings and scoops (or 'lambo' doors for that matter). And the steel to plastic ratio is very high.

I think it really looks nice in that copper like color... I'm not too crazy about the other colors though. I never thought ricer tho'...

that kit is serious. i like that 10x better than the hartge,

i think the hartge kit was too rounded,

i really like the actual shape of the 8 as is, and that kit seems to accent it.

OK. Looked over the silver whale. Its SILVER. Black interior. Seats are slightly worn, but overall I would say interior is pretty decent for age/mileage. Engine needs some love and care, but nothing outlandish. Did not hear run. OBC only stated Lic Plate Bulb and Input time, as the batteries obviously are/were dead. No spare.

Was surprised with the body. Paint is not bad. Some scratches. No Dents. Surprisingly straight. STEEL FLARES. Not Fglass. Front end looks pretty solid.

Some overspray/poor masking on sunroof rubber and tail lights, but could clean up pretty easy.

Any other questions?

You can see the overspray on the tail lights in 8Harry8 pics below.

Plus...you need wiper arms. No idea why they are missing.
