1987 L7 - Green Warning Light on Dash

Intermittent green warning light on dash underneath the speedometer. Going over bumps will cause it to turn on and off. I don't have a manual, and searching has not provided any help. Any idea what it's a warning for?

Pull cluster and look around, it is nothing factory.

But I run motronic 1.3 that actually uses the CEL
