Would 4 back M3 csl wheels fit e38?They are 9,5 x 19 Rear ET 27
I am clueless when it comes to offsets.
Here is the link with the specs:

The ET is a little high , I would go with 10MM Spacers in the front and 15mm Spacers in the rear. The Hub size is the same so that would work.

Question is how would they look on the E38?

The rear offset should NOT be an issue...the average wheel offset range for the 5/6/7/8/Z8 models is between 11mm-28mm...in fact the rear e38 MPar has a 25mm rear wheel offset...and the latest 5/6/7 models have a few REAR staggered wheels that have offsets as high as 32mm.
And just in case you didn't know...the wheel/tire diameter for the 7 series is larger than than the 3 series...so the recommende tire sizes that you're seeing for the 3 series is incorrect for the 7. The BMW recommended 19" tire size is 255/40/19 or 275/35/19 (staggered rear). If you need to look for other similar tire sizes...just google for a tire size calculator...and try to find tire sizes that remain within 3% (+/-) the aforementioned tire size
But as Joe mentions...the front may not handle that high of offset with a 9.5" width wheel and may require wheel spacers.

Q is Right, Forget to say they may look REALLY Small on your car.
I put my e46 Beryn 19" Rims with 20 MM Spacers and they looked like 13" rims!!
Here is a shot, I drove to my Friends house and he was dying of laughter, he has the same rims on his e36!
Look!

Hi Joe,
I have just purchased a set of 20" Hartge Classics for my 740i Sport, did you have to fit spacers to the front wheels?
What are the offsets of the wheels you are using, mine are ET 18 for the front and ET22 for the rear.

My shop just got set up with a wheel company called Miro. I can get you black CSL looking wheels for a good price in the correct offset for E38. Just FYI.
Miro 111 wheel (http://www.mirowheels.com/111.html)
No offense Blue crab but Miro's are known for being soft. I would personally go with VMR's. Go to www.europeanatuosource.com and check their wheels.

Honestly I can't say I know anything about Miro's other than what their rep told me. I have read good and bad about them. For the cost, they are what they are. I was just throwing out an option for him in the correct fittment.
