Go to a shitty ass Town Fair Tire type place where kids are working, and throw them a 20 or something.
Most places don't even mount tires that you didn't buy from them, I found that out last summer...pretty gay.

$5 a wheel at walmart, they cant do tape on weights, but its a good option for snow/all seasons on steel wheels. Town fair is usually pretty reasonable, Sears will do it as well but tends to be a bit pricier.

who is fairly inexpensive for mounting low profiles on 19's w/o messing them up?

NTB in Allston does it for around $17 / wheel, 50 profile and above, with no charge for hidden weights.

I usually just go to NTB for quick/dirty work. I recommend the one on cambridge st in allston. Stay the hell away from the NTB in medford...they used the wrong weights, smeared sealant all over the lip of my wheels, and lost a center cap. getting them to take care of their mistakes was a huge PITA.
NTB allston is fine, just dont let them try to do anything else to the car, while I was waiting for new tires to be mounted one of their techs came to tell me in a panic that I needed to change my power steering fluid ASAP because it's dark red and should be yellow. When I told him that was normal because my car uses ATF as PS Fluid he was dumbfounded....i just rofl'd :rofl

can you dismount tires? :D I am trying to refinish some 15"s and it'd help to have the tires removed.

It doesn't matter to me whether or not I keep the tires. If they get damaged, that's fine. If I have to dispose of them, that's also ok.

I take my wheels to the dealer... I look at it this way... Dealer fucks up they replace wheel... NTB fucks up the claim it wasn't their machine...
I'd rather pay a little more to make sure my wheels are just as mint coming back to me as they were going in...

I think my dealer nearby charges 40 a wheel, thats just outrageous.

I'll GLADLY pay 40 a wheel when I drop my alpinas off or if I had your BBS RS's... Peace of mind...
And if the dealer fucks up... I know they have the $$ to buy a new one.. Not fix it.. Buy new...

I need some tires mounted in the next week couple weeks, anyone know of a better deal than ~$20 at NTB? Just going on stock wheels, so not too worried about damage, but don't want them destroyed.

I'd call NTB to confirm pricing. I got some tires mounted and balanced at an NTB in Danvers around a month ago and they did not use hidden weights as I requested, and the price code for the $17 / tire was no longer in the computer. I'm not sure if this is franchise-wide or not, but getting on the phone for two seconds is a lot better than going to the store and finding that the prices have gone way up. I paid $27 / tire.
For the wheels I cared about, I just got them mounted and balanced at RimPro for $25 each. Touchless, and the balancing equipment is very accurate (so you won't find 85 weights all over the place).
