Z3 & Z3M FLORIDIANS: How about an afternoon meet?....

I would propose a Saturday drive, meet somewhere for lunch, shoot a few pics, look at the cars, etc. I'd like to do this in May, if possible. The meet will be limited to the Z3 forum guys. We could invite the Z4 crowd too but I really don't want a big event, just an informal get-together.

I'd like to find a place that could accomodate everyone with no more than a three hour drive, two hours would be even better. Perhaps a town like Sebring will be centrally located for everyone. Not much traffic on Highway 27 either.

If you are interested, please list your name and location.

Sean, anyone & everyone is welcome as long as your BMW only has two seats. BTW, I need a hall-pass from my wife too.

Now let's all decide on a weekend and location. I will suggest Saturday, May 17th. Not this weekend, nor next weekend but the following one. Any conflicts? That is my first-available Saturday.

Location? Sebring really might be the best choice if we are trying to be both centrally located and yet provide a nice drive for everyone. I am completely open to any suggestion.

Sebring does seem to be pretty central. However, is there anything out there, aside from SIR?

Every time I've been out there, it seems like it's just the track.

I really only know local areas, so Sarasota/St. Pete/Tampa are the extent of my experience. I can make suggestions in those areas, but I don't think that's all that convenient for the south-east-coasters.

Remember, everyone, this isn't a major event, just a get together for lunch and a little BS. More of a reason to drive than anything else, really.

I'll see if I can work something out. btw, I drove from Cocoa Beach to Vero on A1A today and it was quite nice (minus the law enforcement).
