I finally found a nice clean road to make a VBOX run. I hope it qualifies. I will be sending the data to Scott for verification.

I am really impressed with this time. I think I could do a little better but here is what I have for now.
Very (very) nice. I hope your run gets verified.

If/hopefully when this receives verification, chris should put a link to this thread in his sig!
For all of the controversy that has (since its settled, it seems) surrounded HPF, this would be one of the best ways to advertise their product!!
Awesome numbers...
how did you get it though? were you holding 60 mph or did you do a blow through 60?
the 'rules' are to blow through 60.
you can tell by the graph he was accelerating as he hit 60
and yeah, those are some hot numbers!
Awesome time. That thing must be like a rocket.
Thanks everyone.
That was actually my 5th run. My previous runs, I was shifting too slow.
LOL. Great Idea. I might seriously consider this.
When I ran against the GT660, I had some runs where I would hold at about 55 and then blast through. Those runs were unofficially about 7.7 seconds. What I did this time (the method described by the Porsche guys) was gun it in 2nd gear to about 40 and then hit 3rd and then floor it until redline, then shift into 4th and redline it again. The stock M3 gears top out at about 130ish in 4th gear.

Wait until the wide body numbers come

Just wait until the widebody period. You have absolutely no idea whatsoever people. You think you know, but you have no idea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That plus an HPF Stage 3 system is going to be the new supercar to have. Maybe throw in a crazy custom interior and we are talking the BMW supercar that BMW never made but HPF picked up the slack!
