Install help: Inpro Eillipsoids

I'll pay anyone to help me install these. I'm tight on time, I suck with installs and DIYs, and I'm impatient and get frustrated easily.

I have aiming problems with my Inpros. They look the same from the outside. I've read that they parts aren't as good, and the quality of the lighting isn't as sharp. I refuse to pay more than $300 for headlight replacements for US spec.
