wheel refurbs
I have a 4 litre E39 with M5 alloys on it, they are quite badly scrubbed. Does anyone know a company that can refurb them for me?? the finish is like a silvery grey and ive not found anyone who can do these. will appreciate any advice.

If the wheels are painted:
you can go ask a wheel shop or body shop. If the damage is just cosmetic and not structural, you can even do-it-yourself. heres a link of a similar process i use on painted wheels. you can get a paint shop to mix colormatched paint for oem finish. If your wheels are polished: youll need a shop to grind out, or fill in deep scratches/cracks. polish then seal them. if theyre chrome: you need a shop to make repairs and rechrome. goodluck

I would imagine there's wheel repair shops somewhere in the UK? Try picking up a copy of Performance BMW and look thru the ads in the back of an issue
