I am friends with the owners

Having already made it clear that my opinion is biased, they are a great bunch of guys who do good work. They can pretty much handle any job.

What are you looking to have done?

My experiences are older but they sucked back in the day.

Originally that's where i got my HID's and projectors from. Use to buy all my stuff from Orlando when he was working there.

But, lately I've been hearing that Nima (the owner) has been having major cash problems. He wrote a couple of bad checks over at Rim and Wheel Works in Newton, and never paid them for the work they did. Also he's been taking customer deposits for orders but never fullfilling them.

I would say if you want to buy anything, talk to Jeff over at RPM.

I used to live in the area they are in (Allston), and I wouldn't go to them. I'd rather get stuff from someone on this forum, online, or a reputable dealer in the suburbs.

They caused about 8,000 dollars worth of damage to my M3 doing a simple gauge install. Luckly I got it covered under warrenty and didn't have to go after them. They installed the oil return valve on my supercharger backwards, started the car and flooded the engine with oil and fried the supercharger from lack of any oil, luckly I had the Dinan warrenty on the supercharger. When I picked it up there only comment was it was running a little funny and that if it doesn't get better I should get it checked out.

They also ripped me off of an 800$ deposit I put down for a ACS front bumper they never got and they happened to lose all record of my deposit.

Unfortunetly, I am very good friends with the owner of the shop that used to be were ADH is now located and thus somewhat know the owner of ADH now, they were recommended to me by my friend after BPG closed down, so I have never publicly said anything about them before, but enough time has passed since the incident that I don't have those reservations anymore.

Perhaps things have changed since then. (Was over two years ago) if they are under new ownership and have a new mechanic.

I had a bad experience with them as well.... supposedly simple install.... wouldn't go back there if you paid me. In response to "but they had the best price", I can only say the obvious... you get what you pay for!

ADH blows super monkey chunks. Extremely expensive for parts, and their installations make a blind one armed monkey look proficient. Stay away from them and that other place on Comm Ave, RPM or something...
