Those fake systems were costing more than my car and they're not even genuine

Suddenly I feel awesome for having a stock rusty tailpipe because I didn't get conned.

Without a doubt. Most likely a class action lawsuit too.

I seriously considered them when I had the bimmer. Even more glad now that I decided against it.

wow...shady!!!! That's sooo messed up!

We catch people faking "stealth bulbs" all the time. Real stealth bulbs have "stealth" imprinted on the base......we use high quality long life bulbs and get them coated here in the USA......

People send us fake bulbs to exchange under our lifetime warranty and we have to give them the bad news sometimes.....

We have used our lawyers against some companies selling fakes but using our pictures and name......

but this is on a huge scale.....how can these guys go to sleep at night.....!?

I would be so mad if I were a customer.......

can someone say CLASS ACTION?

You guys are all too poor to buy Eisenmann exhausts anyways.

Just kidding, just kidding, haha.

I found out earlier today too. Pretty shocking news, and amazing that they would put so much on the line to do something like that.

I for one would like to see what they have to say, and if they will try to resolve the issue or just bail.

http://eisenhaus.com/

funny on their front page they say, "Unfortunately, considering many different factors, with customer feedback, satisfaction and recommendations being the most prominent, Eisenhaus has decided to no longer distribute the Eisenmann products."

Looks like the e36 exhaust isn't being offered by eisenhaus. I think it might be safe to assume that this counterfit production of exhausts was only for the newer model cars.

I had it for 3 years. Don't worry, I already did.

I can't say if it's fake or not, but it looks/sounds/weights like a 1000 dollar exhaust. It's also stamped eisenmann, not that they couldn't just have added it. I'm rather happy with it and the quality, still not saying it's a fake or not, because honestly, I can't tell nor care enough to look at it to find out.

This is completely bullshit. They pissed off a lot of 335 owners and e46 M3 owners. I am sure they will "take care of them".

ok, I got a pm from the new authorized eisenmann dealer saying if your exhaust has the crumples, it's in fact a legitimate eisenmann, if it's all smooth and shiny, it's made in korea.

Hope this helps.
