so few days ago my tuner hit me up says he had a slot open thursday aroudn 1pm so i took the day off and headed up to the dyno figured why the hell not. car had been running so well was worried about going back given my prior history with the dyno (we have a love/hate relationship)
had a few issues today, i tried a .028 gap on 9 series spark plugs today and had some mis fired re gapped to .025 and they went away.
also blew the turkey neck when we turned up the boost lucky i had a spare one with a good clip.
i have to say thank you very much for Techno550 and Kendogg for coming along with out their help when i had my issues it would have cost me a lot more time on the dyno and time is money on the dyno.
all runs are on 93 octane Qt gas with 3 inch magnaflow cat and magnaflow muffler all 3 inch piping and down pipe.
after some fine tuning at 18 psi we hit 518 rwhp
and finally at end of the day we hit 601 rwhp and 555 rwtq @ 21.3 psi
i was so happy because i didnt think i was going to hit it due to some strange mis firing, tuner figured out that the stock knock sensors were picking up some noise before peak tq and invoking timing retard due to a strange 1 psi spike right before peak tq. that is the DIP you see in the graph.
anyways heres the graph below and some vids. in person the car sounds wicked

CosmoE36 has done an awesome job getting the car together. There's an unbelievable amount of effort in this car.
A few notable things on this 600 rwhp car....
it was done on pump gas and only pump gas. No nitrous. no methanol. no race gas. its pump gas and air.
its doing all this while still using a 3 inch high flow cat. (yes, you really can make 600+ through a 3 inch cat. Still emissions compliant, and still stupid fast.)
