Jesus damn, what does this thing put down? I'm not interested but I wish I could be. I'd say good luck but you won't need it.

Nice car, I've always been a fan of it. I didn't even know he sold it. What's so controversial about it?

He sold it to me a while back and I almost immediately put it back for sale, trying to profit :/ .

I literally purchased it the minute I saw it. Its interior, I think, is what got me

All Pms replied to, thanks again.

Thumbs up

Park Place,

Thanks a lot.

When I first owned the car I really knew very little about them ( and I thought I knew everything )

I was getting bashed left and right and I had no earthly idea as to why.

Before I posted it for sale just recently, I looked at some of the things I said, many of which were very immature.

The previous owner put an immense amount of time and love into the car and I completely understand where many people's frustrations were coming from.

Since then, I have learned so much more about the e30 and the e36 as well.

I do all of the DIYs, and even make some more difficult things DIYs

I was there for the entire build-up of the new head and ill tell you the m20 motor is a work of art. Having the BMW TIS definately made the job a TON easier. Without it, the job would have been impossible!

Right now the car is in the best shape in probably a VERY long time. This does not look or feel like a 19 year old car, at all! It is solid and everything is tight.

I appreciate everyones positive comments about the car and hopefully it will go to a respectful/deserving owner. I will not let it go to the wrong hands

Thanks again bf.c,

-Rob Eskew

It was just over $2,000 in parts and about $1k in labor (20hrs @ $50hr) but I got a great deal for how much actual work was done. These cars are way more complicated than say the e36, imo.

Things that were priced..

New head, valves, rockerarms, Shrick camshaft, rockerarm shafts, eccentrics on the end of the rocker arms, gaskets, belts, spark plugs, oil change, and I am sure there is more but the invoice is not in front of me :/.

The car drives amazing. Just got a highly accurate laser alignment today. The car is uber smooth and responsive.

Thanks bf.c

If i had absolutely any reason to buy another e30...which i dont....i'd pick this one up.

Tell me if you'd be interested in a wheel swap though. Or selling them outright.

Best of luck!
