    500+ rwhp CF SC E36 M3 - 40 MPH to 170 MPH. ***VIDEO INSIDE***

    Last night on the way home from the track, I was able to mount the camera on the rollbar. The road was basically empty so I decided to show all of you how the car feels with the new setup. Needless to say, I'm quite happy.

    I was able to try it twice. The first time around, I lifted off the throttle about 1/2 way at 140mph but then got right back on it. The second time it was WOT the whole way but I only got up to about 160 mph.

    The car is now running perfectly, just as it should be. For those of you that are unfamiliar with the setup, I have a T-trim on the car pushing 17 psi which makes 500+ to the wheels. Also, for those of you who ask about the gearing...yes, I do have a 6 speed with a 3.38 LSD in the rear. My tires are 245/35/18 out back so by the Bimmerworld Gearing Calculator, I was seeing about 170 MPH at 6400RPM in 6th.

    Very nice! Can't argue with speedo videos! Pretty much all e36s have the same speedo setup and all know how fast their car pulls on that speedo. Any other video except for drag race you can't tell how fast the car accelerates.

    Didn't get to see 2nd drag race for some reason. First at 120mph, nice trap. Car is looking uber hot with the ACS!

    Good catch! That made me download it and I realized that Brian accidently cut it after the first pass. I will have him upload the whole video again tomorrow and I will post a new link. Sorry about that guys.

    They are actually 18's. It's just a pain in the ass to get to the track on my buddie's trailer. It's so much easier just to drive there on the street tires. I just went out this time to show that the car makes the power it did that day on the dyno.

    On the track day in October, I will trailer her out to cut that ET as low as I can.
