I've never seen that green m3 around before. I didn't even know they came in that color

Dayne, that is a very unique color, I have not seen that green on any other M3, we passed a 740il with the same color. But that has to be about the nicest M3 I have seen, BBS wheels, rear spoiler molded into the trunk and body, cf rear diffuser, even the interior color is unique, sort of like my Viper's interior color called Cognac.

I can't remember his name, but he came out to a couple of CCH HPDEs. That green is gorgeous and IIRC, he brought the car in from the mainland.

Boston Green Metallic over Cinnamon Napa Leather, its the best standard color combo that was available on the E46 M3.

for those of you that couldn't make this cruise, you missed a good one. The traffic was a pain in a lot of places, especially on the north shore, but we did have a chance to let it run going to and from Kaena point, in the twisties south of Wailua, and of course on our eight 1/4 mile tracks strung together a bit further south (105 this time) . Not to mention that it's a blast just to hang out with a bunch of BMW fanatics and talk cars. Can't wait til the next one.

+Gerald you did the right thing and not let it all hang out as this was your first run. But now that you know the road that fear factor diminishes and that right foot gets heavier.

My wife was not to happy, my daughter crapped in her pants but was really jazzed, best speed yet at 142 and a lot more power on tap. My daughter was giving a play by play as she watched the speedometer from the back seat, passing 100, 110, 120, 130 and some words I couldn't make out at passing 140.

I just love the sound of my exhaust, borla rules...

8 cars in the drive and we had fun.

Frank my wife fell in love with your Z4 M coupe and they both want an "I" phone.

Woody thanks for the cookies we enjoyed them. Karen thanks for baking the cake was great, Jane wants the receipe.

Next on the agenda is doing a run out to Makaha. I can tell you it is safe and Smith & Wesson will be ensuring that.

Nice to see you posting up Kimo!
I too remember you and your car. You had just purchased it when we had the Tech session at BME, prior to that car, IIRC, you had another "ghetto" white wanna be M3 which you brought out at your first HPDE!

That is a very nice car and great to see you are still around.

    Nice pics of the ride!
Makaha!! We may need more than just S&W, you better have back up standing by!
You know if you continue to bring your daughter with you, she'll end up driving the same way you do and seeing if she can bring daddy's car past 140 mph!

It was nice to see most of you at Waipio, and glad you enjoyed the cookies.

BTW - the borlas sound nice!
However, Jeff, you still hold the Loudness Position! My ears are still ringing from the cruise you and I had!

I think Kimo is hooked on the drives, what better way to show off a car. I think during yesterdays drive we drew a lot of attention, all unique cars in there own ways. We had guys catch up to us and eye ball the cars, saw people on the side of the road start staring as we passed.

Great fun and we did everthing safely.

Woody, when Teri gets to drive she is getting a used ECHO.

Here are some more pictures from Kiaka Park and Kaena Point.

I just drove down Farrington Hwy and I would hold off on the run to Makaha as the road is being repaired, very bumpy.

So we will do over the H-3 to Pali Hwy to Castle Junction then onto Kalanianaole Hwy where we will go off into the Norfolk Pines community which is Old Kalanianaole Hwy and then around Waimanalo to Hawaii Kai and end at the boat harbor.
