I believe to get money back the bank account connected to paypal would actually have to have money in it so paypal could take it back.
From what I've read paypal only provides a service to pass money from user A to user B, so their end of the deal is done. I think some E-bay transactions are guarunteed since e-bay owns pay pal.

He had a habbit of being too hard on his M10 engines, like a lot of 'younger folk' and he likes to ruin bearings by living at upper rpms, etc. He bought a 323i locally that ran strong but had an automatic and lots of rust. So he decided to put it in his red E21 that you have all seen, nice car, etc. He also did a swap to a manual with Jessie's help (local E21 guru) and promply lost his job..he is having trouble finding anything outside of temp work, but that's no excuse...he shouldnt have ignored the order and kept the money. He hasnt answered my question when I posted it on our local E21 board, either. It's not really my business to press him on the issue, other that to tell him that it wasnt cool to do that, but I may talk to him when I get back to Oregon when I buy a front iS spoiler from him. I know what you are thinking, and the money I am paying for the spoiler is allready going to the local guy that bought him his 4speed xmission. You arennt the only guy he ows right now.
