All components have been hot tanked,media blasted,and painted this a beautiful and clean engine
Fully rebuilt intake manifolds (individual throttle bodies):
Disassembled and media blasted better than new
all new gaskets,seals,hardware has been renewed or replaced
Fully synchronized and flow perfectly
Rebuilt Fuel injectors flow within 0.9% of each other with all new internals-flow bench tested to 9000 RPM
New high pressure fuel supply lines
Transmission:
Fully rebuild by the only experts on the west coast for Getrag 280's
New synchros from 1-3
New 5th gear was installed
Red Line Tranny Fluid
UUC Motorwerkes street/race tranny mounts
UUC Motorwerkes enforcer supports
Short shifter kit
Fully Rebuilt Shifter linkage
Driveline:
Rebuilt/balanced Driveshaft (new guibos)
Body:
Is original and never repainted, shows some chips and a couple of dings, expected from a 13 year old car. Overall Very good.
No rust ever! very solid garaged California BMW.
Interior:
The best of any e34 M5 i've inspected, minimal wear on drivers seat,no rips or tears anywhere the rest of the seats look almost new.
Dashboard is perfect along with the rest of the interior.
Clean carpets and headliner.
All controls 100% functional
Recent Fan control resistor pack replaced (common e34 problem)
Additional:
No expense was spared in this rebuild. I spent countless hours digging through the BMW Parts catalog ordering every last o-ring,seal,oil seal,gasket,vacuum hose,etc that was involved in the rebuild process.
Many parts and detail have been left out, for length's sake I have full reciepts for everything I replaced and only used OEM BMW parts or better.
I have a full detailed photo journal of the entire process as well.
Everything assembled by myself with high quality workmanship and snap on tools, if you want it done right, do it yourself!
This car runs strong and doesnt skip a beat. Very fast and civilized supercar that will keep up with (and beat) almost anything out there.
I built the engine be reliabale and better than stock.
This is one of the best BMW's ever built, rare and has the respect of any BMW guy. It'll be tough to find a better E34 M5.
