No, it's not. At least not on the CD43 that I bought. The C33 knob won't fit. I need one as well.

That is the best news I've heard all week! Bavarian Autosport told me over the phone that that volume knob is not replaceable and that I needed to purchase another radio all together to swap knobs!!

I know this is an old thread but I was searching (always better to do than just ask first) for an answer to a similar question to this. So, can the volume knob on a CD43 be replaced? does it just pop off easily and you can screw a new one on?? I ask for cosmetic reasons, not functionality issues.

Back when I first posted in this thread, shortly after I took the part number to BMW and bought the correct volume knob for the CD43. It was not expensive and an easy way to go. Also, the knob is different from the one on the C33.
