    ••ü•• Some Specials for 5ers

    We've got some M5 bumpers - just like our E36 bumpers made of PolyPropylene.

    Currently, we have one for testing that we just brought into stock. However, we're going to do a group buy for the first 20 participants - $350 shipped for them.

    Polypropylene (PP) is a linear hydrocarbon polymer, expressed as CnH2n. PP, like polyethylene (see HDPE, L/LLDPE) and polybutene (PB), is a polyolefin or saturated polymer.

    Polypropylene is one of those most versatile polymers available with applications, both as a plastic and as a fiber, in virtually all of the plastics end-use markets.

    Automotive use
    In the automotive sector PP is utilized as a monomaterial solution for automotive interiors. The monomaterial dashboard is becoming increasingly achievable, PP film cushioning, film skins, and powder slush molding and even blow molded parts with integral PP textile covers are emerging.

    Bumpers, cladding, and exterior trim are also available manufactured from polypropylene. Polypropylene developed for such applications provides low coefficient of linear thermal expansion and specific gravity, high chemical resistance and good weatherability, processability and impact/stiffness balance. Improvements with color-at-the-press and pre-colored PP have also reduced or eliminated the need for painting in some applications.

    PP does not present stress-cracking problems and offers excellent electrical and chemical resistance at higher temperatures.
    We've sold over 100 bumpers for the E36 crowd and you guys should also benefit. The $350 is a SHIPPED price for these bumpers and if you want fogs, we can add those for $49 more.

    It also includes grills, molding, and the mounting for the fogs.

    ================================================== ======

    Also, we'd like to offer the beginnings of a Projector39 group buy for you guys.

    We have 3 people on board in another forum already, but if we get 20 people, we'll do $399 for the Projector39s pricing ($469 retail).

    ================================================== ======

    aFe Intakes are now available on our site, the pricing is standard MAP pricing, but we can lower the price by 10% ($35 savings) if we get 10 people signed up. 15% if we get 20 people.

    -----
    Bumper pricing is revised $379 + shipping - $40 flat rate.
    So total bumper with fogs SHIPPED is $419.

    Sure, it's on our web site - shipping and returns.

    But the $400 will be + shipping Also, we need to make sure we have 20 people first, otherwise, we won't be able to do the deal. It's very labor intensive to build out these lights and we need a break from DEPO for the shipment to offset the price drop.

    Sick...was looking to do the p39s as my next upgrade. First I gotta fix the area above the bumper but under the trunk...someone hit and run me while i was parked...3 small dents in that strip and i cant properly close my trunk...hopefully doesn't cost too much $$$, but it looks to be part of the actual body.

    Anyways...is it possible to get smoked corner reflectors for the p39s, and how much would would it cost to add in 6000K HIDs?

    thanks guys for such a warm reception...on a weekend no doubt.

    PDK - yes, the Xenons can be added to the P39s, but smoking will cost a lot of dough, because it's possible but to make it look good, we have to pay a quality shop to smoke the reflectors and it's not recommended as it will possibly remove the seal quality of the lights.

    well there are only 2 versions - the stock M5 rear bumper has left and right cutouts for exhaust and the M-Tec version which only has the left cutout. The only difference between the 2 bumpers is the insert as shown here..

    M5...

    and M-Tec..

    Until we find out, we won't know. Probably as much as the bumpers.
