---- Dyno Day - Saturday March 24th ----

The monthly dyno day thread is confusing so I just started this one... for this specific day

The next Dyno Day will be at Carb Conn - Scheduled for March 24th, 2007 Please let me know in this thread if you are interested in going to CC for the next Dyno Day there.

__________________________________________________ __________________________________________________ _______________________

We will be using Carb Conn due to their amount of experience with BMWs (they've installed 3 Eurosport TSs there, and they are working on 4), and the fact that a good amount of people have taken their car there several times and want to continue to.

Carb Conn: - DynoJet Inertia Dyno - www.CarbConn.com

12,

FYI....this pricing has changed. This is the last club event to fall under the old price structure. We are not sure yet how up coming club events will be affected. And BTW the price is $75.00 plus tax. $81.60 total.

WOW!!! 14 signed up. If your not signed up now and want to run, we unfortunately can't garauntee there will be enough time to run. Keep in mind there are usually a few no shows. So come out anyway and take those slots. We'll bust our tails to get you on. PLEASE BE HERE BY 9:30 TO 10:00 TO START THE DAY!!! IF YOUR NOT HERE AND WE HAVE TIME, THE WALK ONS WILL GET YOUR SLOT, that may bump you to the end of the day (time permitting). I don't want you to miss your opportunity to run but we can't wait around for someone to show. With this volume of cars, we'll have to move quickly and efficiently to get them all run and hopefully leave extra time for the walk ons at the end of the day. Lets do our best to be on time and organized and we should have a great day and plenty of time for everyone.

Also We'll break for lunch around 1:00 for a 30 to 45 minutes. Dyno operator must eat or he becomes very grumpy. I'll get to bed early Friday night and be well rested. (no XBox till 2 am)

If I get my exhaust leak fixed in time I might show up...depends on how the next 2 weeks go. My cars pretty much stock so this should give me some good info on where to start on my car.

Please refer to my last post. We also were not expecting all wheel drive for this event. It takes a bit more work to run AWD. The 15 th car added, Ryan STI, was after I made my post that we already had a large number of cars to run. He will be considered a walk on as will any one else interested in running. Also the AWD cars MAY be charged more than the 2WD cars.

Please understand I'm not trying to nix anyone. Just need to be realistic on how many cars we can commit to running. Thanx for your understanding folks. I am looking forward to the event.

BTW, we ran an EVO9 and an older WRX today. Dyno worked perfectly.

Try a used car lot if you'd like to haggle . Seriously though, the prices are firm and always have been. Doesn't hurt to ask I guess.
