North State Auto in Bedford Hills, NY.

Very expensive but they do phenomenal work...or so I hear. My car should be in there next week.

Call up GTS Motors (516-355-5500) they are located on Jericho Turnpike in Long Island exit 27 off the cross island Parkway. They did my Rieger front bumper and zeemax back. They do a very good job ask for Richie and tell them Adam refered you to them...and your from bimmerforums.

Hope this helps

I had my Shnitzer pieces painted and installed by K&M Autoworks. They did a kick ass job on both the install and paint matching. I believe it cost me ~$250-300 for the front and I forgot how much for the rear. Call Keith at (631) 243-2608. Tell him Al with the blue bmw refered you. I've been going there for about 8 years.

It is a bit far from NYC, but worth it.

I had some dealings with Small car in Flushing and found them to be very expensive with below average quality on mechanical work. GTS is pretty good, but they are more a mechanic than a body shop.
