1997 318i - Question on babyseat attachments (rear tether or latch)

Has anyone had their E36 updated with any of the required attach points for a baby seat. I did my due diligence and search the E36 archives for any mention of this but to no avail.

My wife and I have a 5 month old son and we just upgraded his seat to a Britax Roundabout. Our 1997 318i (4 door) did not come with any of these attach points for our baby seat.

Has anyone had their dealer install these? If so, can you help me understand the procedure, costs etc that you went through with your dealer.
