Dahlonega Drive?

Hey I just got out of my breakin period on my new 335cp and I'm ITCHIN like a crack feign to take it on a drive to the mountains. I'm not sure if anyone has something scheduled soon (if so please let me know) so I'll take a crack at seeing who is interested in going. I'm thinking Jan 20th or 27th....please post below if you can make it and if so which date works best for you. We'll go with majority and get everyone to confirm when we figure it out.

Given the events of past mountain runs, I say you limit it to about 15 cars split into two groups. Make sure new guys understand that it isn't a race and there's no reward at the end except for the enjoyment of using your Bimmer in the environment that it was designed for......

Here's the list so far, by request. Five of these are 335i's, and one 330i. A couple of these guys are driving all the way up from FL. We'd love to see some more folks for the whole roadtrip, or we can meet you at the Dragon around 1:30p on Jan 27th.

We've got 13 official attendees at the meet. Several of us are meeting at the Atlanta Bread Company next to Mall of GA in Buford at 8am (rolling out at 9am sharp), others from out of state will meet us at the Subway in Andrews, NC. I suspect we'll end up with about 10-15 total people. All are welcome, though.

The report today from friends is that the Tail of the Dragon is wide open, no snow, no gravel, no sand, etc. Clear tonight and tomorrow with pretty much no chance of rain. It's even supposed to be warm (50s). Should be a great day.
