Dayton Daytona 205/60/15 tires - 60-75% tread left
Tan interior with stock radio & Pioneer 6 disc CD changer
Carfax is clean - Florida car, 3 owners, copy will be included.
Snow tires included - I have a set of snow tires for the car. I can have them installed for you, just ask.
125,000 miles and dealer inspected at 122,000 miles, only 3000 miles ago.
Radio display is dim - common problem with e36
Already fixed the climate control capasitor - works great, ice cold air and hot heat.
Power roof works good, doesn't leak
Headliner is mint, interior is good, seats have no rips, speaker rings are good, one little chip on drivers side.
back windows and rear window have a light tint, professionally done when the car was down south. I had to peel the front window tint after I got a ticket.
fresh brake pads and rotors up front, back are good too.
I will include a suspension kit I bought for the car from Hamburg Technic that includes control arms, ball joints ties rods and new bushings.
I have a new air filter too.
I will hold the car for a deposit of $200 a month and will take a cash offer of $6000.

How can you guarantee the payment for someone? What if they don't have the same credit as you? Are you saying you will keep it under your name and let someone make the payments?

you need to apply through 5/3 Bank who has the loan. Or use your own bank?

Shouldn't the buyout be less than the sum of the remaining payments -- in that in a buyout you'd just be paying off the principal?

No, I was told that you pay a penality for an early buyout.
Here, I double checked it and this is currently what is it at:
