Cool New England Region Check-in

Welcome to the Bimmerforums.com New England Region!

Location: Potomac, MD (although I would like to live in Boston)

That's not me, that's just a friend of mine - from what I understand, it reads "Declaration of stupidity," or "Stupid person's statement."

"Baka sengen."

Literally, it's "Horse-deer declaration." In Japanese "Horse-deer" (being a ridiculous concept for an animal) means "stupid" or "stupidity."
