Matty B Wheres my part?? or Money

Ok so at the end may if sent him money for an m50 intake mani.. and a prepaid shipping label all he needed to do was box it up slap on the label and either call or drop it off at UPS... two weeks later.. nothing .. PMed him and he said he got busy with his head gasket replacement.. i was like ok.. then he sent me a pm saying droped it off.. I have the tracking number it it has never been checked in at ups.. now its July 01 and its been over a month.. now he is not even logging on anymore... I tried to resolve this with out going here.. he reassured me that he was not trying to rip me off. If thats the case where is my part or my money..

Any work with him???

I have all the PMs saved from all of our converstaions if anyone would like to see..

****BUYERS BEWARE****
If anyone on the forums is or will be dealing with member Matty B be carefully. I am currently have a problem with him not sending me the item I bought and to day marks day 31 of the everything. I just filled out a complaint with PayPal on him for not sending the item. Has anyone else had a dealings with him, and if so did you have any problems. I have bought many things off of bimmerfourms and never had any problems with members. I'm not one to complain much but it pisses me off a little when people try to scam you. Any feed back would be great or if anyone knows who he is, tell him to send me my stuff, oh and to top it off I tried to send him a IM today and his box is to full. (Wrote on 1/20/07)

He has stiffed me on a $350 differential.

I paypaled him $350 in December for a differential, and I still haven't seen it.
He also stopped responding to my emails.
If the mods could give us his IP or anything that might help us get into contact with him, that would be great.

I lost money on a m50 manifold from him.. back in may/june of 2006.. i still have all the PMs from him... good luck to all as Im still dealing with it.. and its now feb of 2007

Wow, interesting, he stiffed me $400 for the same differential I paid for on December 15. Kept giving me excuses. I have filed a complaint with paypal. His "friends" paypal address is jhard03@yahoo.com. I have requested a complete refund but as of yet have nothing.
