    Technique Tuning 328

Hello everyone. I just got done installing the TT stage 1 on my 328. It took me a while to get everything on the car due to school and a full time job, but it's finally on the car. I bought my 328 a couple summers ago and have pretty much put all the money I've made into it. I started out with pullies and an intake and decided to go big. I purchased the TT kit from Pro-Imports out of Maryland. They installed it on some guys M3, but I don't think the guy ever came through with the payment so they put the kit up for sale on ebay and thats how I got it.

I took some pictures during the install. The camera I used was not very good, but it's better than nothing.

    Before

    After

We took the manifold off to tap into it for the boost gauge line and to run the oil feed line from the banjo bolt to the turbo.

Tapped manifold for boost gauge line.

    BOV

    Exhaust Mani.

The Technique Tuning turbo kit comes with an ECU flash that has been custom tuned for the kit.

    Thanks Paul, for assuming i'm a n00b...

I am very familiar with all FI options for the m52, i was just unaware NickG already had tuned a 328 with one of his kits...to my knowledge i didn't think he did...i also asked because the kit he bought was originally bought for an M3, and he bought it second hand for his 328...so i'd still like to know what he did for tuning or how he worked that out with Nick.

Whoops.. with your over 2200 posts I should have known better. REad his post too fast, and skipped the part that it was an M3 kit which hes putting on his 328.... IN light of that little nugget, Ill camp onto your request for info, and ask as well, 'What are you going to use for tuning!!'

Should have put the M50 manifold on there while you were in there. Looks like a very nice fit and great quality. Should put down some good numbers.

Great job on the Tec3, although i was hoping for an answer i could not think of .

He really should have already done the headgasket and studs, cause now the hi compression is the only thing holding him back from big powa...not to say the GT35, 4" intake and 3" exhaust won't help

I think it would've taken me about a week to do if I wasn't so busy. I like to take my time with my car so I don't screw anything up.

no, I understand for s/c setups, but I just don't see the point for turbo.

But I don't want to turn this thread into that debate!

Jake, kit looks great. I'm anxious to see your numbers.
