***CT Meet this Sat 8/17 BBQ and Drive***

Here is an email from gusser (from roadfly) we are organizing this meet, of course all are welcome!


OK, this is it: The last (our very first) meet in June was great with about 25 cars turning out. I already have at least 30 “definites” for this Saturday, August 17th in Milford, CT @ Mama Rosa’s Restaurant parking lot on Walnut Beach (and that’s only Roadfly people. DTM, etc., spread the word)! I’ve gotten a lot of response from NJ, LI, NYC, Boston, Philly and Hartford s it appears we’ll have a fun time with lots of cars and lots of mods, etc.. We plan on getting there between 11:00 am and Noon. Probably around 2:30 pm or so, for those interested, we’ll head out to my place about 10 min away for a “kick back” to ogle vehicles, BBQ, swim, hot tub, toss some shoes, whatever – maybe go for a drive. Bring whatever you’re drinking. Friends welcome.


Directions: I95 in CT to exit 34 (Devon Exit). North or South bound gets off at the same place. At the bottom of the ramp go right. At the third light (just about .5 mile) turn left onto Naugatuck Avenue. Go 1.2 miles and turn left onto Broadway and an immediate left into Mama Rosa’s parking lot. For those coming in from NY via the Merritt Parkway, just pick up the Route 25/8 connector South (just after exit 48 in Trumbull) to the end and pick up I95 South from there. We will be hanging out on the side of the restaurant. Try to make it! In case anyone gets lost, my cell: 203.556.2308.

I wish I could come up, sounds like an awesome meet!

I had another meet prganized for Short hills mall, but yours looks hella more fun. If people want to meet up sunday at the mall it'll be cool. But if nothing happens, its no prob.

Theres going to be alot of traffic going into city, out of city, down the shore, up the shore, its crazy!

Anyways if people dont want to haul up to Ct from NJ, your welcome to come to the short hills mall. If you see noone there... then go home, haha. It's going to be very humid, and sticky out, so if your not within say 15min, come at your own risk. if noone shows up, sorry

Alright have a great get together up in CT, my uncles 2002 m3 is being deliver this week, maybe i'll get him to stop by, he lvies up by you guys. Later

OMG! I saw u guys. i was driveing back from the flea market in Woodbury,CT and passed u. I was flipping I was like OMG I have to find out what is going on. I wish I coulda gone but my car is in the shop. dude we should set up another one during sept. or something
