X3, X5 & X6 (E53, E70, E71, E83) (2000 - current) BMW invented a new word when they introduced their SUVs to the world: Sport Activity Vehicle. Sportier and with more car like agility than the standard SUV, with all of the hauling perks for a more active lifestyle. Introduced in 1996, the X5 continues to be a hit. The younger sibling, the X3, was born in 2003.

Another mirror part number request!

Sorry guys, long story short we had to pay for the mirror to be replaced. I am now trying to get the money back, or at least some compensation, so I need the part number for the passenger (right) side of a left hand drive vehicle (i.e: any of you guys in the States or continental Europe). If it matches up, hopefully they'll admit that they screwed up and will give us some $$ back. Maybe I'll go buy a BMW duffle bag or something for that price :

Oh yeah, to add insult to injury, the head of the service department had the gall to say "Oh you don't need that, nobody ever uses their side mirrors anyway"....

Um. Yeah.

Wow, BMW of China doesn't handle situations like this very well do they...:

I wish I could be of more help to you sleeper, but I have no clue about part numbers. The best thing you could possibly do is call a dealership over here in the US.

Yeah, they aren't exactly up to speed with the idea of "customer satisfaction" over here Would you happen to know the name of the BMW parts database by any chance Preppy? Maybe I can find it online.
