I am the second owner after I bought the car with 2Xk miles on it from a dealer. If you are a serious about this car, please do your research to get a general idea of the what the costs of the mods above are and then make me an offer. I am not desperate to sell this car and the only reason I am considering the sale is that I am being relocated to CA. If you are a CA resident, I will include shipping for free. All documentation will be provided. I will also consider a possible trade for a low mileage (<50k miles) good condition E39 M5 or E46 M3. You can contact me via PM or email to make an offer via the links under my username. The car was showcased in Performance BMW Magazine and here is a link to pics of the car (the HRE's are no longer available and pics were before GC Coilovers):

I've always loved your car... Mmmm, Alpine with a big turbo.
It's still OBDII correct? Why the new engine? If the Kinesis wheels are extras...what is on the car currently?
Please PM me a price range you're looking for.
thanks.

hmm, i guess I'm out of the contest then... How difficult would it be to put it back to OBDII...can it even be done really given the FI system that is in place? Obviously new tuning would then be required... SOunds like more trouble than it would be worth.

It can be done and it wouldn't be too much trouble. The cost will also be minimized with the sale of the OBD1 equipment. Custom tuning for the OBD2 would be needed.Originally Posted by ///M3ryder NY
This is true and the cost should be offset. I have answered the same questions about my car.Originally Posted by ///MCubed

man all the E36 power players are getting out of the game, what gives?

I am being forced out. If I had it my way, I would keep this car forever, specially when most of the components have less than about 15k miles on them (some even less). Thanks for the bump guys.Originally Posted by WhiteM32

Not unreachable for the die-hard enthusiast with cash...niche market, but not an impossible sell. I love the car. Wish it was a 4-door. I already have my 2-door rocket...
Thanks for the support guys!
