Hi Guys,
We completed some baseline runs on our Dynojet before the teardown for a new build with this car for much more power. Please do not ask what we are doing or using because we are doing some testing for a few manufacturers as well as our own products and can't discuss them with the public at this time.
Please note the following:
1. NO A/F Chart (We have all of our dyno 02 sensors in other cars that are being built/tuned)
2. Getty 92 Octane (no race fuel or anything else, Defacto M6 was with us when we got gas)
3. NO Water/Alky Injection
4. 1.5 Bar Boost
5. 50 Dg F outside
6. Raining Hard outside
We are very busy and might not be able to do Q&A as usual. These are the numbers before we go insane with this car, enjoy....

Congrats again George very impressive other than the little blip from 6300 to 6500 what was that misfire or slight detonation as the other run did not have it.
Very impressive dyno for smoothing 0 and that's using 92 octane and no water injection
On this dyno what is the spec on this GT35.
AA Stage 1 Gen III, BMP head gasket, Bored Throttle Body, 3.0"DnPipe & Custom exhaust with AA Gen 2, Aquamist 1s water/methanol injection,
Last dynojet Aug 02 248c SAE 369whp/354ft-lbs at 10.5psi, 1/4mile 12.6@116mph
New Sept 02 Head work and exhaust porting, April 04:UUC Pulleys, Turbo to intercooler pipe 2.5" Aug 04 3.5"HFM,11.5psi
Gotta love mo power!
Can't wait to see this monster with the new setup...
That's insane
blahosidfnsd
wow....thats awesome
Topmount T4 GT35R
The blimp was a fraid wire on the dynojet inducter that grounded out. With W.I and some more timing I believe she has 30-40 more whp.Originally Posted by M3TurboCa
Thanks for the clarification George Maybe another 15 to 20hp with the water injection, if you are running the same boost with tuning of the a/f and timing.
But then again I am no tuner.
Good luck

I am sure this is a beginner question but why does one graph make peak power/torque at 4k rpms and the other make peak power at 6k rpms?
I am confused about the difference between the two.

Nice M3 you have there!Originally Posted by 95RogueM3
So are you talking about the first graph that the monster came out with before? If you happen to know the thread where that is...could you post both of them please so we can all compare?

Thanks. No, I meant in the above graph the peak power outputs (2 humps) are similar in height (620rwhp) but one occurs at 4k rpms on the x-axis and the other occurs at 6k rpms on the x-axis.Originally Posted by highboostingm3
I think I am reading the chart right.

No, in that graph the torque and hp of file 6 occur much eariler than those of runfile 9. For one run the torque and power occur much eariler than in the second run.Originally Posted by highboostingm3

I probably laid into one earlier than the other.Originally Posted by 95RogueM3
