EXACTLY!

So the question remains...

Is he banned or NOT? I've seen ppl banned or put in OT for just simply being a troll or something else that is much less violating.

Mods? IS THIS GUY BANNED OR NOT? Is there going to be any repercussion or action taken to show any effort to help protect this forum?

I still haven't received the intake manifold despite the seller sending me a tracking number and swearing he shipped it.

I've tried to track the package but the tracking information is invalid and has been for nearly 4 days.

Yes...I sent him a payment on 12/14/04 and have not received anything...except for a bogus tracking number and multiple excuses.

Today is the first time the tracking number actually registered on the USPS system. I thought you said it shipped on the 23rd? Regardless, all I want is a full refund or the intake manifold I paid for.

I will glady retract all comments and pending actions IF I receive the item as described.

it was shipped when I told you it was shipped... anyhow, if you need the instructions i can email them to you, and if you are converting to OBD1, I have a lot of parts that you will need, this I can ship cod.

from now on, if I sell something to anyone, I will do COD, because this in nothing other than a problem for me.

I am not here to scam people off $100. things went wrong in the past, but again, everyone got their stuff.

What method of payment did you use?

I already filed a complaint with Paypal but they have been pretty worthless in past disputes I've had with deadbeat sellers.

I payed him through Paypal. I agree with you when you say that Paypal is uselss when disputing a payment. I personally called them and they could not do anything about the transaction because Maurolin did not have any money in the account. The reason why Maurolin is doing COD now, is because I have his Paypal account on hold. Good luck dealing with this deadbeat.

Yea, I suppose you have a point there... How unfortunate...

I would have thought some kind of action would have been taken by now though.

I have done several transactions on this board now, and maurolin is the only one I had a problem with.

Update:

I filed a complaint with Paypal as soon as I knew the seller was shady. To my surprise; Paypal actually came through and recovered all of the funds I sent this scammer. I happy the Paypal dispute system actually worked this time despite it failing me numerous times in the past.

On a side note; I've been monitoring the tracking number he sent me and it still shows as something scanned in Florida, but nothing has been delivered.

Oh well, I'm going to take this as another lesson learned and luckily this time it didn't cost me any money...just time and aggrevation. In fact, I was able to buy a used M50 Intake Manifold on ebay a few days ago for $62 shipped.

To finish this thread up... Pics of Maurolin, car, home, wife, etc...

Well, well, well....

So once again Maurolin F'd another person over. It's about time he was put in TO and dealt with. Hopefully a full Ban will be coming soon.

Take a looksee at what I found on his baybimmers.net OPEN directory at:

-Edit- Link below has a few folders nested inside that are -NWS- in particular are:
/pics/ad (porn)
and
/pics/pics (porn)

The open/root directory link below was found posted by him in this post: http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum...d.php?t=283436

This is his root Dir...
http://baybimmers.dtdns.net/

Here's a few pics of him according to the titles of the files on his server. You will notice his M3 that you will see in later pics that he is standing next to. Don't buy ANYTHING from this man if you see him in Fl. !!!

More pics on the way....

Here's some pics of both of his cars, on his driveway. Notice the addy on the house. It is the addy of his home that was verified by several people when they got thier packages. It was the return addy. The black one is the 332ti (the account name used to shill bid with.....)

The tails are the ones I got from him that were faulty. He even left his license plate up for us all to see so it won't be too difficult to recognize on the road.

See these cars in Florida by Tampa bay? If so, please give him a big FU for me for f'ing me over for $83 for POS tails, not to mention the MANY others around the US that got conned by this POS!!

This is what you get for F'n me over Maurolin. I just want EVERYBODY to know who you are and what slime you are for F'n people over on this board.
This board has helped me out a BUNCH and you gotta come in here and F things up for us and cause trouble. Well FU!!!

If this info helps anybody out who still is f'd over by this man or still don't have their money. Then I'm glad to help out.

And Maurolin, don't EVEN think of contacting me or F'ing with me. I will come down on you like you would not believe if you think you're gonna come F'ing with me. You are getting what you deserve! You f'ing SCAMMER!

Sorry but

I have been ripped off a few times over the internet. You would think I would learn a lesson. I was going to go and find the guys that ripped me off and beat their faces is, but I had no address. You guys should either go to his house and deal with him in person or file complaints with the cops and then they will arrest his ass. Scamming people is becoming a large crime and he can get in some major trouble. You guys need to do something about this guy instead of posting shit about him. His address is now posted on here along with his plates. I am new to this forum and hope not to be ripped off by anyone here. So the number of scams should be reduced as much as possible to ensure every members satisfaction. Good luck guys!!!

Justin (DuCKsTeR), did you get your money back? Justin is a great guy, I bought an HID setup from him, he was polite and the package was promptly shipped. Hopefully you get your money back bud.

NO!

However, I did get my money back from Paypal so I'm going to drop any legal action. I figure the hassle was worth the lesson learned.
