Due to the sheer volume of orders being placed, we believe we have single handedly overwhelmed our customs brokers at this time.

It's not so much the volume of the order, but the volume of orders from disparate locations.

Some by emergency air freight from carriers not worked with before, some with ocean carriers that are arriving in New Jersey as opposed to the West Coast ports.

So, if you are waiting for those orders, please bear with us for our "dust".

The amount of orders means that NO one is getting left out...just slightly delayed.
