Ok I'm testing the waters here... who among us would seriously buy a cf hood and or decklid for their E34's? I know of a couple of quality outfits that would build them if the demand was right.
as long as the price was not outrageous i would definitely be interested.

yea, quality is very important. such as weave and etc since it's such a large area. if it's good, i def be interested in a hood.
no eribooty for me.
oh yea, both wide and narrow grille apps?

For a cf hood, can you get it painted, or does that defeat the purpose?
What's wrong with Erebuni?
Yes you can get them painted and erebuni's quality sucks.
I'm very interested in a hood if the qualities right. I'm trying to get the car "show and shine" worthy so i can enter it in october and rep for IXD. I'm interested.
yea, some people get their stuff painted. but a lot of people like the actual look of carbor fiber, so they just leave it clear coated.
Looks like maybe 5 so far...anyone else?
Dan email me at e34wagon@hotmail.com
I have to talk CF with you:
I would be interested also. We need to shave as much weight as we can from our e34's.

What if the prices were to be $499 shipped for a hood and $499 shipped for a deck lid?
is that a reasonable price for a CF hood?

Considering the fact that a good quality hood for any other car costs that or more i would say so.
VIS sells there e36 CF hoods for like $450 i believe, and the quality of these is just as good, or better. Product details to be released soon.
if i had about a month and a half from now to save up i would be in for that price as long as a) hood is for wide grille and b) quality is up to par.

Quality is up to par, and the wide grill will be worked out.
Do you think you can do it in a month nication?
Count me in if the price is good and the quality is A+![]()
I'll work on getting everyone a demo of the quality. If its not up to par then we'll go somewhere else. I think it is.Originally Posted by Mp0wer2384

Be sure to check out the socal 5er meet.(links in my sig)
i'll try. i would at least be able to do the hood in a month. and when you are talking about the decklid are you talking about the entire trunk? just want to be sure we are on the same page.Originally Posted by 525iT_Feen

from what i've seen, the quality looks like it would be good. it's full cf, not an overlay.
$499 shipped seems to be a pretty good price.
When i say deck lid i mean the whole trunk.
You guys can see the quality here:

Let's do the Hood GB first and when we get our 10+ people we'll talk about the trunks.
How does that sound people?
works for me... quality looks good... let's do it. then once we see the hoods we can think about the trunks (about 90% sure I would be interested). looks like my lsd and track wheels will have to wait lol...Originally Posted by 525iT_Feen

Yea, and the weight loss will be substantial.

We get the hoods and if there good, we get the trunks. Let's get this done as soon as possible. So he can start making them.....
