Very nice. What does the rest of the setup look like?

the only down side is that now you can't put any long things in your car...

Saw the post after the fact.

Don't know if I like that box set up too much. The amp with the clear window is slick and nice as hell, but the box just looks like a box...

notce i said "progress" and the title also suggests that i am NOT finished (hence the "70%" part)

i don't like the "box" either, but it will be fixed soon (i hope by next sunday)

the amp placement looks nice? I think if you built the subs on the trunk floor you'd save some room :

Nice work. Congrats.

Can you take off everything easily if you need to use your trunk space?

right now it will take a few minutes EXTRA to get everything out because one of the amps is attached to the sub box (for the time being) but once i finish everything i will have it that each piece wil come out easily and quickly for access to the trunk space.

saving room isn't that big of a deal, once i get everything done right i can take it out and put it back in easily... and on the trunk floor is not an option right now... (i am keeping the spare tire in this car... or at least for right now i am)

trace the shape out 1st, drill hole to get jig saw started, cut out shape (as best you can) with jigsaw, finish off the shape with a router, then sand away for a long time (bunch of different grits until the desired finish)
