hey guys figured id make my own thread of my project car i bought about 3 months ago. I was gonna start it along time ago but just havent had time so here it is. it is a 1992 325i this is my 3rd e36 so i kind of know a good bit about them and love them even though they can be money pits. i got it really cheap because the clutch went out on it and had dents in fender and nose piece. so in the past couple moths this car has taken up my life and time lol but i love it. now less talk and more pictures
when i first got her home
first thing was change the clutch out
checked out the trunk wires and someone did a half ass job of re wireing them
so i rewired them and cleaned it up
started on the headliner
found a good passenger seat at the junkyard so i changed my old one out heres the old one and new one not perfect either but much better and not bad for 30 bucks
bought a fender and nose piece got them painted and put them on
bought clear tails
found a m rear bumper at wrench apart got it painted and put on
found some z3 mroadster rims for a great price and decided to hop on them their different and i liked em they needed work though i know ill probably get flamed but id rather be different than be like every other e36 with style 5s
test fit
started the terrible sanding decided to polish the lip and see how it comes out never doing it again but came out great
didnt have time to take a picture of them on the car will post up the pics with them on the car tomm hope you guys appreciate the progress on this car as much as i do

Thanks every one!! And no je unfortunately not need to find a set of rears lol and Collin yea I like this color don't see it around alout
Lookin good. I had replace some body panels myself when i got mine. Seats too. But god what a difference it makes. My car went from " wow that things kinda rough" to " did u get another bimmer?". Bump
thanks bimmer! and yea it makes a huge difference the only reason i havent painted the front bumper is because im waiting to get an m bumper prob next month since i had to get new tires for the wheels lol
nice work on the headliner
Thanks I haven't taken a picture of it on I will tomm
Washed it and finished the rear wheels and put them on

Great work
hope I made the right choice in chassis transition ... sigh, I miss my miata
Thanx guys appreciate it
Sorry been off for a ehile.. Well there's a small lip on the rim its self so I used that as a line and well when I taped it up I tried to get it as straight as possible. And yes I did jack it up and spin the wheels in the air it was so much easier like that and came out Alout more even.. if you need any tips let me know I learned Alout from doing my first wheel my third wheel I did it in like 3 hours compared to 3 days for my first one lol.... And here's a pic of my car under a Christmas tree me and my f2f went to go see I thought I looked cool
look at what i found at a local wrench a part
putting it in tomm finally getting rid of the oped diff lol
