    E36 Hater's 11:1 E85 Rk-tuned build

Hey guys, been collecting parts for the last month, still waiting on a few things, I will post pictures (sorry if some of you hate the hipstergram pics)

    m52b28 crank

    ebay m20 cxracing rods

    ebay tial rep Bov

new glyco main and rod bearings

f1 racing gripforce stage 4 unsprung 6 puck disc with self adjusting pressure plate.

weird looking t3 externally wastegated holset hx40
    compressor
    54mm inducer
    84mm exducer

    turbine
    76mm inducer
    69mm exducer

ebay t3 cast bottom mount manifold

    sorry for the sepia lol

Im going to be running a walbro 400 in tank pump, along with 800cc injectors, and Rk-tune for ethanol

a few places I've read state that m50 pistons with m52 rods and m52 crank = 11:1 comp, Im going for that and even higher if the pistons dont make contact with the head

I will update this thread with parts and progress as they come in.

Nice man. Didn't realize you were going bottom mount. That manifold looks totally different from my ebay special.

    Too many
Might want to measure the roundness of those rods when they are torqued.

Looks like a new ebay replica manifold, a cheaper verison of the spa manifold with a different wastegate exit

Anxious to see the results! Does Jordan have an idea when those injectors will max out with E85?

Yup, I like this exit better than my spa honestly. The spa exit places it nearly impossible to remove when on the car because its placement with the firewall.

Definitely balance out the rods.. Seen a 7 gram +/- difference across the board for cx rods.

Those f1 clutches really make the hair on the back of my neck stand up. I've never had one so I can't bash them but why go with a Chinese clutch when there are so many oem options to choose from?

Finally got around to working on the motor yesterday, been crazy busy.

distracting side project is my buddys e30 sedan

will be getting a high comp m54b30 on e85 fully bolted rk-tuned with a zf 5speed and 5lug swap.

yesterday I was able to put the pistons on the rods, after I cleaned the m50 pistons up, also got a pair of s50 cams from Jordan, heavy on the rust but started cleaning them up.

bottom end will be assembled tomorrow after I gap the rings and the head will be put on friday.
