After talking it over APEX will be moving the entire pricing tier so that it now starts at a $50 discount off of the total retail cost + the free shipping* you are already receiving.
Here is the new pricing tier for the 1 series group buy:

01-10 sets = $50 + FREE Shipping*
11-15 sets = $100 + FREE Shipping*
16-20 sets = $150 + FREE Shipping*
21- ∞ sets = $200 + FREE Shipping*
