Was a 3 angle/multiangle valve job done or were the seals just replaced?

I actually was thinking that as well, until I went to look at it. The car is in incredible shape, it looks more like it has 73k, not 173k. I have a ton of reciepts that the previous owner had, including the $4400 professional paint job. I know it may seem like my price is high, but the car really is in great shape.

the car spent a few years in georgia, and i believe the owner before that didnt drive it much in winter. It is in great shape. To be honest, it looks more like it has 73k, not 173k.

I still have this car, I am not necessarily actively selling it, but I would entertain anyone interested in buying it. It now has 178k on it, runs perfect after the HG job. No check engine light.
Recently I have:
Installed "x" brace
Changed upstream O2 sensors
replaced driver side window regulator (fixed the auto up issue)
fixed the rear window issue
4 new Kumho Ecsta LE sports (245's for all 4 of the 8.5" wheels- only installed 2 so far, other 2 are sitting in the garage)
I removed the headliner from the sunroof shuttle so it could still be used. I haven't replaced it or fixed the headliner yet, but the rest of the headliner does not sag too much.
Bought 1 new oem foglight, but havent bought the second so it is not installed
Only real issue with the car is it needs the 2 new tires installed on the front and an alignement done.
Comes with snow tires on the 7.5" wheels

I will vouch for the cleanness of this car. I was stunned with the body and the clean interior. The engine looked clean enough to eat off of...
I'll also vouch for the seller. Having purchased his 328 it was everthing that he said it was. There was nothing hidden and everything disclosed upfront.
I'd have purhcased the M3 if I had the budget for it.
