UPDATE: Car is still for sale. Need to get rid of this, but do have a few people coming to look at it.
Car is in Chicopee, Mass.
The problem with the overheating is due to a cracked cross flow connector.
I have a 318is 1993 w/ 220,000 miles on it.
It was running fine, except a plastic tube in the engine broke and my mechanic said it would be an easy fix (as in low $200) or could turn into a larger fix (closer to $800). Only problem was that he wouldn't know if it was a larger fix until he cost the same for the easy fix.
So with too many cars and living in a condo with very strict neighbors against DIY auto mechanics, I have to let it go.
Perfect for a DIY to get it running again. Everything was running well up to that point. I actually bought it off of my mechanic some 3 years ago.
It does run, but would overheat after a while due to the plastic tube being broken.
Comes with a bunch of parts, etc. New headliner off an M3, etc.
Someone could make some cash just scraping it out.
Comes with an almost new set of blizzaks.
Looking for $600.
