I am looking to sell my 1995 540i M Sport (yes, it is one of the only 200 ever made, it is authentic and original). The car has 172,000 miles, 6 speed, alpine white, parchment interior, the car is a daily driven car so it has average wear on it. The car was originally from Houston, TX and was serviced at the dealer there till 2002. the engine was changed in 2001 as part of the recall on the 540i M Sports. I will try to get recent pictures up in a day or so. the car is well cared for and all original with refinished throwing stars and new tires. It will need front EDC struts which I have pricing on and will give that info to any perspective buyer.
looking to get $5000. I am fairly firm at that price but will entertain all reasonable offers.

Darn it... why can't there be any of these deals on the west coast?
"Lamborghini, the tractor maker, wanted to figure out why his Ferrari's clutch kept crapping out (PITA, cost a lot of money). He complained to Ferrari, and Enzo didn't do anything. Lamborghini discovered it was the same, much cheaper clutch used in his tractors. The rest is history..."
Any time you want... Just call me in the spring.
Hey man!whats up? I will PM you my number, I switched phones over the summer and lost most of my contact list.
You could always have it shipped, I did when I bought it and the cost was reasonable from the Midwest, like around $425 or so....
It's a cafe, actually measures 34.6 so I always call it a 34 seeing how storage is paid by the foot and it is registered as a 34. But you are correct Cigarette called the Cafe a 35.

How bad is that rust?
Very minor, my body shop guy says its only surface and said that it could be sand or media blasted, primed, and painted easily and that there would be minimal work involved to fix it. The door bottoms are solid and the rust area is where the lower door trim attaches which is a common area on these cars.

Likewise, Carlos! I couldn't have had a better experience. The car was better than expected. I Just walked in the door from the 11 hour drive... There's no better way to get to know a car than a road trip! (I enjoyed every minute of it and was all the way home). I will take good care of her!
Thanks again for everything.
Tim
...and she'll be right at home with her big (X5) brother!
