    E36 I-Bus connector part number

    Hello,

    anybody know what is the p/n for I-bus connector for E36?

    I have CD43 bussiness cd headunit & I want to connect to OEM BMW CD changer or DICE...

    but my car is not cd-changer pre-wired, and I want to buy that wiring to my bmw local dealer.

    The iBus is a single wire located in a loom containing other signals such as audio, power and GND.

    Are you asking for a CD changer retrofit harness?

    For the DICE, you will need E46/E39 CDC harness, the connectors are 3 pin power/GND/iBus and 6 pin audio in Tyco MQS.

    E36 DICE MediaBridge BT and iPod support Photo location of the cabrio drain holes. Custom heated seats and lumbar support retrofit. Glovebox charging sockets and cupholders.     I've checked my car wiring, my CD43 headunit working properly. Sadly, my car is not pre-wired for CD Changer option. so, I can't find the 3-pin and 6-pin which I must have to connect to Dice wiring/connector ( I-bus wiring connector, CMIIW).





    how can I connect my Dice to my CD43 bussiness cd headunit? did I need another cable? or just need to buy an I-bus cable to connect from my back side of cd43 to dice cable harness ( which need 3-pin & 6-pin connector from I-bus) ?



    may I know what is the BMW partnumber for the I-bus cable that I need?

    Or any better idea??

    You can buy 5M (trunk mount) or 1.5M (glovebox mount; navigation cars) harness.

    Did it work or not i am looking to install the dice in my car but i don't have the 3pin & 6pin connector (i have the pi bus the big plug) http://i27.servimg.com/u/f27/16/47/09/24/connec10.jpg

    that is what i have please help me, my cd changer is dead

    my radio looks like yours from the back with the 10 pin plug
