    Exclamation Technica Motorsports BMW E36 Turbo Kit!!!!

    We have been working on many exciting things this year. One of our goals for the year was to have a high quality E36 Turbo kit with a affordable price.



    Our Kit includes:

    Garrett Gt3582R Dual ball bearing Turbo
    SPA turbo manifold
    Tial MVS Wastegate
    Synapse Blow off valve
    24x12x3 Intercooler
    Intercooler bracket
    Technica Motor mount
    60. Lbs Injectors
    Technica Blowthru MAF
    Technica OBD II turbo Tune

    K&N Air filter
    Technica Charge pipe kit.
    Charge Pipe silicone and T-bolt clamps
    All AN Water and Oil lines and fittings



    Our kit will include everything you need, but still allow for a level of customization.

    The only thing not included is a downpipe because of the infinitely variable combinations of motor and transmission mounts, causing different exhaust routings.


    Total cost on the kit is $5,800 Plus shipping.

    The limitations of the kit are determined by your engine configuration ex. (MLS gasket & head studs, Stock motor or a fully built turbo engine)

    We have seen Power levels from 350 whp to 575 whp on 93 octane.

    how much for an OBD1 tune and MAF versus the standard OBD2 stuff, or is this not offered at this time?

    We haven't had enough time to configure tunes for the various engines available in the E36 chassis. Contact us for more information.

    great price on these kits. Curious about radiator shrouding with the charge pipe location you are using.

    Yes it does, It had a very large turbine housing on during that dyno pull.

    Another reason we are using the GT3582R is because of it's rapid spool.

    The Radiator shrouding has to be trimmed, fitting an intercooler this size there is always a little trimming to do.

    Our oil drains work just fine.
    Our advise to customers regarding their oil level is to make sure it's full. In customer track cars we recommend running .5 qt overfull.

    The mid-range torque is quite unsatisfying. But once it spools, it pulls hard till the redline.

    isn't it necessary to remove the engine and oil pan to weld the bung to the oil pan? If not, how to propose your customers to do it?

    how do you guys deal with the secondary air pump delete?

    how about the rear o2 sensors?

    is your tuning compatible with traction control units such as racelogic?

    is cruise control retained?

    how are you controlling engine cooling fan(s)?

    are downpipes and exhaust systems available?

    are you offering tunes seperately?

    are you offering custom tuning? remote tuning?

    are you offering repair services? motor builds?
