Mileage:
The car currently has about 190K miles on it right now but the original odometer was replaced after it broke with an new odometer. I have a signed and notarized document from the original owner stating the discrepancy.
I picked up the car with 109k miles on the odometer in the summer of 2009 and now it has 118K

New battery-1 month old-Thought the car had a parasitic draw but it was just a bad battery
The Bad:
-The exterior does still look great with very minor scratches and no dents but the front end has a lot of rock spray from the track/highway and there is some paint missing on spots on the bumper.
-Sunroof rattle-have parts to fix, just never got around to it
-driver side parking brake is not installed.-due to rusted back plate
-tires have 70% tread but causes road noise
-NJ inspection failed-Will be fixed before delivery-CO number slightly above limit
-Hood struts are not present.
Maintenance:
Engine oil was changed 5/10/11 (mobile 1 only) every 5k miles or 5 months
Transmission/Differential fluid were changed 6K miles ago with Royal Purple
Air/oil/cabin filter all changed on 5/10/11
OEM sparkplugs have less than 7k miles
OEM coolant-have not put in yet
The car was tracked a few times but has never been abused-it was maintained by TMS until my ownership
No low ballers-tire kickers. I do not have time to waste for those without serious intentions to purchase the car.

Nice car. What kind of cage is that? A half-cage, or just a rollbar?
What was the NJ inspection issue (and have you gotten it to pass)?

It's a roll bar. Inspection issue is due to slightly above limit CO numbers at idle. Limit was 220 and the car was at 280 iirc. Everything else was fine. I have not taken the car to the shop yet since I dont have any time, but I should be resolved after next week.
