Clean title
Exterior: Good
Interior: Good but Driver's side seat bolster shows wear
No mechanical issues
Roof is not painted, it is black vinyl and can be removed (installed in summer of 2010).
No subframe issues, can certify this with mechanic if buyer is serious.
No glove box sag.

Negatives: Shift pin issue, Car shifts smoothly but has the common shift pin issue which has not been addressed, small scuff/scrape to left front fender (in picture) from a hit-and-run WHILE PARKED OUTSIDE in Orange County , and the rearview mirror has that ominous bubble (see picture).

I have all service work done mostly by Bullet Performance in Costa Mesa, Ca. or local BMW dealer. I have various receipts and invoices of services done as well as receipts for the modifications done.

History: Bought from a private party in 2004 with 29k miles with a CPO from BMW, I've put roughly 42k miles on it. The car remained bone stock until 2010 when I installed Ireland engineering subframe bushings, TC Kline S/A suspension, Vorschlag front camber kit, and CCW wheels. The wheels are not included and will be swapped out with stock wheels with Bridgestone KD tires. The only non-service items I have personally done on the vehicle are oil changes and a air filter change.

Reason for sale: moving to San Francisco IN OCTOBER 2011 and I can no longer garage car.

This was my dream car since I entered college, however, those days are long gone and I have to let go.

18x10.5 rear 6.50 BS (+19MM) LM20 Hyperblack
Tires: Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec 235/40/18 fronts 265/35/18 rears

Details on wheels: I had CCW create more room in the front for most BBKs, thus the dish is not as wide as some prefer.
CCW centers were painted by ccw Hyperblack. Have reciepts of wheel and tire invoice ($4,190 SHIPPED) broke my bank but I'm happy with them (my loss is anothers gain. No damage to wheels/repairs)

Im now asking others to save me the trouble and buy car as seen, part out will cost more.

Tread is good with less than 6k on them. I can provide more accurate depths later when I am home for serious buyers.

The Wheels have been sold PENDING immediate transfer of funds and shipment. I do have a list of 3 other people in case the deal falls through. Thanks for all your patience.
