    Supercharger intake manifold solution??

I am looking for an intake manifold for a supercharger on my e36. I have spent hours looking for a solution.
Most people have given up, but some have custom fabbed their own (expensive)

Then I stumbled upon this video!!
The guy is using his stock plastic intake.
Seams very very risky. I would imagine the boost will crack or shatter it.
What are you do you guys think?

The stock manifold is good for any boost level a SC car will see.

the only thing risky here is not running a bypass or release valve of any kind or leaving the maf unplugged/untuned, that poor c30

99.9% run the OE manifold w/ SC and have zero issues.

couldn't you change the location of the bypass to a different area thats not blocked by the intake without an issue?

you could just use a valve, there's an attachment on that silicone piece for one.. it just so happens to be corked, not with a valve that opens and closes, but a plug.
