Whats up guys, I am fairly new to the E36 scene. I picked up my e36 m3 back in April of this year as a parts car for my E30 325is. After all said and done, I sold the E30 and repaired the E36.
here's how the car was after the frame was straighten.
after some deciding on the color, I decided to stick to the OEM color cosmo black. I also bought some OEM DS1 stock wheels.
a couple month later the wheel of choice was 17x8.5 et 13 BBS RS all around. I already knew I was going to an aggressive offset so I had the body shop shave my rear fenders before paint.
decided on gold rivets
got the barrels back from refinishing. The inside barrel was polish as well.
the next setup was suspension. ST suspension was the coilover of choice. (thanks George)
coilovers and wheels are on.
Found out 1 week in advance the car will be at Formula D in Irwindale, so I had to put the car together asap. all molding was replace with OEM parts.
whats formula D without Sparco seats (thanks Alan)
picked up the reiger GT lip
got the car detail from Intense Detailing (thanks Rene)
pics at forumla D
a couple weeks later, found out it was going to SEMA.
added a SEIBON CF hood ( thanks Mike ) pics courtesy of EAS
Last week, I was browsing bimmerforums, i saw a set of rims for sale that i feel in love with. I had to have it so I sent the member a pm. 2 weeks later this... (thanks E34nication)
wheel specs 17x9 et -7. I was able to shave the hub 8mm. so current offset is +1
after shaving 8mm I was afraid the stock bolts was going to be too long so I threw on some LTBMW stud conversion kit.
front tires falken 205 40 17
rear tires falken 215 40 17
(big thanks to the crew over at Tire Central)
professional pics will be taken by 1013mm soon.
more to come......
Big thanks to Ivan, Rene, George @ KW, Alan @ sparco, falken tires, Tire Central, M1 auto body, Mike @ JMS, Mike @ SEIBON, James
without these guys, my car will not be where it is today.

If you don't mind, where did you have the wheels redone at? how much did they charge to polish? and did you have them clearcoated, or do you have to keep them polished?

That look NUTS!! very nice transformation!
Very seksee!!! Any chance you still have the RS's and are they for sale?
Very nice, I like the current wheels.
Nice mods...... except what you've done to those poor wheels.
Running stretched rubber on BBS Motorsport wheels is a travesty. Save it for the street BBSs, if you insist on doing it.

For me it looked best with the RS, Reiger GT and no CF Hood. Overall nice though. Good work from start to finish.
thanks guys.
yes they are forsale. send me a offer.
that is the only way to get them on.
The CF hood is coming off. I only have it for SEMA. it is for sale.
Keep it up
