X3, X5 & X6 (E53, E70, E71, E83) (2000 - current) BMW invented a new word when they introduced their SUVs to the world: Sport Activity Vehicle. Sportier and with more car like agility than the standard SUV, with all of the hauling perks for a more active lifestyle. Introduced in 1996, the X5 continues to be a hit. The younger sibling, the X3, was born in 2003.

Hey thanks for my own thread, LOL
Sorry it took me a minute to respond, this forum is the only reason I really come to BFC and it has been a bit slow as of late
Sure I will send you those pics , I have too get them to a few people. This beast is a beauty too, and the owner was so down to earth, a real cool guy. Albert from tuningwerks also captured this X in motion........on a curve somewhere here in Cali....and I am trying to get that pic again for my collecton. I will send them to you as soon as I can....the quailty wont be the best because they are not off a digi cam, but it should be ok. thanks again.

also what is your name on bimmer.org?

Katt

Hi ya Suntzu, did you ever get the pictures of the Hamman X from the Tuningwerks show that I sent to you? Thats Shingo's (TurboBMW3) X5, yeah he's got it like that and its also very very nice. As for the front license plate, I never had one on my 95 540i, which I just sold and I havn't had one on my X, no problems. KNOCK KNOCK on wood.

NO pics found

Hello Katt, I never got the pictures of the Hamman X. I like how your vehicle looks without the front plate, now if I can only get it in gold…just kidding. Tomorrow I have to visit the dealer to get my X5 (Aux fan recall had a 525i loaner for the weekend I LIKE EM) and I will pick one up for sure. Ill just keep the plate around for inspection time and try not to ride dirty. I read about your 95 540i <trying best to not sound like a cyber stalker> and how your were deliberating whether or not to sell it for X amount of dollars. Do you still miss it? I had to get rid of a 95325is to purchase the X5, I sold it to a good friend so I get see it every other weekend or so. I really liked that car and I plan on getting another like it (body style) in the distant future probably M Powered. When I was at the dealer on Friday I saw the most beautiful car in the showroom it was an E36 M3, an account executive as telling me that it is a limited edition build, I think he said LW (light weight) or something like that, it was white with the racing flag “thingy” on the front headlight and on the inside it came with no air-condition or radio. I am sure that you cats know more about this vehicle but it totally blew my mind. What are the differences between this and lets say a regular E36 M3?

Take it easy
