    How cool is my alarm/key

I was going to buy the OEM alarm, i always hated the fact that the e36 had the alarm fob... Did some research and found this beauty.
Now it locks, rolls up and down the front windows and I dont have the extra fob hanging
    How Cool is this!!!

how much did the dealer charge you to cut it?

Anybody that clicks on that link just click sellers other items. Do not outbid me please? This guy is selling many of these units, no reason to run the prices up on each other.

wow, I've been looking for something like this for a while. Any idea if you can retain the factory alarm but use this key?

This guy will cut the key for you and make it eneable with your car, he requires one key from you to do so $165 for the alarm and 35 to cut both keys!!!!!!
you need to buy his alarm to use this key
    I love it!
He said he would ge me a better deal if I get 10 guys

Thanks for the info. I dont think finding 10 guys would be too hard. I wish I would have found this before I bought my key fab at the dealership.

Ive heard from my friend that reliability on these aftermarket keys generally isn't all that great.... Owners of this: how is your range and reliability?

really? that sucks. I had mine installed right after i bought the car, which was about 3 years ago and i still have the same remote. had the one on my eclipse for about 6 years and it was still working when i sold it awhile back.
