I've always admired your car since I joined the forums. To me its exactly what an e36 should be. I respect the fact that you can look past your hobby/passion/obsession for the greater good. I'm hoping one day I can do the same because these cars are like a drug.

In summary...sad to hear you're thinking about getting rid of her, but it will most likely benefit you in your future endeavors, so I'd say its about that time.

EDIT: Sorry for OT...Will I be seeing you and/or the car on the way down to h20 this year? I'm meeting up with Eric.

Thanks man that means alot. Yeah I really do not want to sell it. Working and saving another year crosses my mind just so I can have my cake and eat it too so to speak.

I don't think Im gunna make H20 this year. I was supposed to be going down with Eric and SoGood. I wanted to go but I don't see it happening. Its this coming weekend correct?

My only alternative suggestion would be to sell the wheels to free up some doe, but I know you've had a thread for that for a while...it's a tough market nowadays...people don't want to spend for the goods.

ahh damn man. Yeah we will be leaving Friday morning if at the last moment you decide to jump in (which you should).

while I would always say to keep the car, I cannot deny that an education would help your situation in the future...especially since NOBODY is hiring right now, throwing down a resume with a degree, any degree, will certainly keep you at the top of the pile.

I highly recommend stripping the supercharger off of the car and selling it separately. sell the wheels, sell the cage and the blower...then worry about selling the car. not only will you get more money for your needs, you'll also have an easier time making the sale.

    best of luck,
    Ron

Possibly. I'll keep this thread updated. If I can sell the S/C then everything will get parted out.

Yep, you being local would make it really easy.

I bought $1000's worth of uber rare model cars yesterday.

They are going on eBay starting tonight.

Once I start getting money pooled in we will have to talk.

Partial trades would also be welcomed. Preferably MKIII Jetta's (2.0/TDI's) in good shape and unmolested. Pretty much reliable and good on gas.

Thanks. Something reliable that gets me from point A to B really. Reason I said Jetta before is because we have a Jetta that we use as a knock around car and its been extremely good to use and its still going strong. And its great on gas as well.
