Ya, they are. But I'm not sure how loud its soposed to be? I have nothing to compair it to.

Wait, I see the LAUTSTAERKE is set to NOT active in my module. I'll change it and report.

Thanks. I think I got it working after I added $302 to FA in CAS and FRM. I set QUIT_AKUST_ENTSCH and QUIT_AKUST_SCHAERF in the DWAI module to active to get the chirps working. My chirp volume is pretty low too.

Did you get panic mode working? I set PANIK_ALARM in DWAI to active and when I hold the trunk button on my remote for 10 seconds, the alarm doesn't go off but it should.

Yeah I'm back. I set the loudspeaker to "active" and tested it out. I have the same volume for the lock and unlock chirps? Weird thing is to, that if my loudspeker was set to inactive how come my alarm chirps and alarm worked? Don't know what else to do. I guess I can live with it. At least the alarm, when tripped is loud!

    Recode DWAS and DWAI.

    Then CAS, FRM.

    NO MANIPULATION.

    AFTER adding VO.

    Should work

    Ok, Alls good now.

To let everyone know I found out how to get your speed to show on the instrument panel. Its BC_DIGITAL_V to ative in the kombi module.

And I'm also wondering, does anyone know what the peraimeter for the passenger seatbelt gongs are? I have played around but cant find it?

Very cool! I was just looking at that speed setting last night in my R56, since they come from the factory with that option available. I had always wondered why BMW didn't have the choice (and it is damn awesome we can turn it on now).

The seat belt chime in my Cooper which should be the same for you is found in the MRS module.

CC_gurtwarnung to nicht_aktiv (that didn't work for me, but you can try it)
SBR_FAHRER to nicht_aktiv is what killed the chiming for me (on the driver side). The light in the speedo still stays on which is just fine.

    Ganastas,

If you could do a list of the paramaters you changed in NCS and what options those changed that would be awesome... See this thread at e90 forums as we are working on coding there also..
    http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=451145

I would love to turn the gong off and idrive accept... I have my cable on the way.. We have instructions to get the digital speed already up in a diy. If you could do a diy for the options you changed that would be awesome!!!

Anybody know what I should be looking for to code the radio from Logic 7 to HIFI so I can install the JBL MS8 processor to balanced outputs of the headunit..

Sorry, to stop the chiming for the passenger seat is the setting SBR_BEIFAHRER found in the ABG module.

Hello, also I discovered yesterday that when I had my R56 car connected to BMW ISTA/P it gave me all of the options for my car (I don't think it was going just off of the VO stored on the car since it had interior color and style and paint codes) but it showed the "accoustic seat belt reminder" as option code 845. I haven't had a chance to look at the VO yet in NCS, but if that option number is present and the VO is changed one would think that the chime would go away?

How do you reset the modules to "default" based on the Vehicle Order? I saw a couple of mentions here but just didn't feel confident that I was reading that right.

After installing another version of INPA BEHOLD!!! I can read the NFRM module. THANKS EVERYONE!

I changed all the settings I wanted folding mirrors with fod. High beams with fogs. Turned off bulb tests and warnings. BTW

Since I put downpipes on my 335i I'm getting "check engine" light now. I used DIS to find out its the aft O2 sensor reading below emissions levels. No big surprize there, LOL
Is there any way to code this out so I dont have to keep reseting it?

    Once again you guys ROCK!
    How did you do that?
